A faith-centered in-person speed dating event for Seventh-day Adventist singles who are serious about meeting potential partners for a long-term relationship.

Intentional Speed Dating is for SDA singles who are tired of swiping and ready to meet other believers face-to-face — believers who share their faith and are seriously pursuing marriage. Expect short, focused one-on-one conversations in a safe, organized environment, and the chance to discover whether there's a real connection worth exploring.
Exclusively for baptized SDA singles seeking a partner who shares their walk.
For people serious about long-term commitment — not casual dating.
A warm, respectful, well-organized space where everyone belongs.
Get a feel for the atmosphere, the heart, and what to expect on the day.
To keep the experience meaningful for everyone, attendees must meet all of the following:
Find your designated entrance and our team will welcome you in.
Each tag shows your first name, last initial, and city of residence — first names only, always.
Short, focused rounds let you meet many people in one afternoon without pressure.
Our hosts will guide every transition so the flow stays smooth and easy.
Pause for water, restrooms, and a breath before the second half begins.
Discreetly note whether you'd like to reconnect. Matches are never announced at the event.
You'll be notified the following week with the contact info of anyone you mutually selected.
After every conversation, you'll discreetly mark Yes, Maybe, or No on your personal match card. Matches will not see your selections.

After the event, our team carefully reviews every card. We will only connect two people — privately, by text or email — when there is a mutual interest:
Both of you said Yes — a clear mutual interest.
One Yes paired with one Maybe — still worth a conversation.
Maybe ↔ Maybe pairs and any combination involving a No will not be connected. Your selections always remain private — no one is ever told they were not chosen.
Sample cards shown for illustration only. Names appearing on these examples are fictional.
Give yourself time to check in, settle in, and breathe.
Late arrivals will not be admitted once the event begins — it disrupts the rounds and is unfair to others.
Show up as your best self — modest, polished, and put-together.
Be positive, courteous, and attentive in every conversation.
Out of respect for everyone, plan to participate from start to finish.
Avoid overly probing questions and keep what's shared in confidence.
We use one entrance for men and one for women. Please follow signage at the venue and check in at the entrance designated for your group.
Volunteers and signage will be in place to guide you the moment you arrive at Mountain View Central SDA Church, 1425 Springer Rd, Mountain View 94040.
Once the event begins, we are unable to admit late arrivals. Plan to arrive at least 15–20 minutes early.
